Forkandles are TV , Film and Event Location Caterers based adjacent to Media City Salford and serving Manchester, Liverpool and all of the North West. We cater for all studios and locations in the North West providing great food and value for money. Established in 2002 and still led by business owner Tara Merritt, the team at Forkandles we have worked for most of the leading TV Commercial and Production companies from London and the North.
We have three mobile kitchens, a dining bus and catering support vehicles which enables us to cater in studio or on location for up to 600 people. Our latest kitchen is equipped to cook gourmet fish and chips which was the chosen dish
for a recent media wedding. We produce healthy top quality fresh food locally sourced and friendly service comes as standard. We can cater for special dietary requirements such as allergies, vegetarian or vegan meals. Our experienced chefs and support team focused on delivering 100% client satisfaction.
