Working with Tara and her team has been an absolute pleasure! Not only is their service incredibly budget-friendly, but they are also so lovely and accommodating. The food is always delicious, with options for every dietary requirement, which makes it so easy to cater to diverse needs. They’ve been fantastic with last-minute requests, and I love the variety—they ensure you rarely have the same meal twice! Plus, the portions are generous, leaving everyone satisfied. A well-fed crew is a happy crew! I cannot recommend them enough!

I worked with Tara and the Forkandles team on a 7-week large-scale television project in Manchester, where they provided daily on-site catering for our 45 contestants and 200-300 crew. Tara works collaboratively with Production on menus, numbers, and timings, keeping the offering fresh even over a long period of time, and being open to changes and special requests throughout to suit as many people as possible. Tara and her team became a real part of the family, with fast, on-time, and friendly service of consistently tasty food.

If you need set / site catering, I could not recommend Forkandles more highly. Making the initial arrangements was effortless, and over the course of a three day rehearsal period Tara and her team prepared consistently delicious meals for a very hungry touring party that topped the scales at 116 musicians, crew and a BBC documentary team.

I worked with Tara Merritt, when Forkandles provided the catering on a Channel 4 production, over 3 days in Liverpool. We had a very large crew and cast of around 600 and Tara and her team managed to provide wonderful food whilst always keeping a sense of humor.

Everyone enjoyed the food, which was exactly what was required, wholesome, hearty and very delicious. I know it was a tough one, but you were all charming and great to work with. I would certainly like to use Forkandles again!
